Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Kairos professional services are governed by a separately signed services contract, which prevails over these terms.
2. Use of the site
- The content is informative and does not constitute a binding offer.
- Using the site for unlawful purposes, attempting to breach its security or extracting its content by automated means is prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
The Kairos brand, logo, texts, design and software are the property of Kairos (of its founder, and of Kairos Group, S.A. (in formation), once incorporated) or of its licensors. Reproducing them without written authorization is prohibited.
4. Estimates and calculators
The figures, cases and savings calculator are indicative. Actual results depend on each process and are determined in the Kairos Assessment.
5. Professional services (summary)
Each contract defines the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, SLA, prices, intellectual property (Kairos retains its platform and reusable components, and the client receives a license of use; exclusive developments are agreed separately), confidentiality, data processing and limits of liability.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, Kairos is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or of linked third-party sites.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Panama City or, if so agreed, to arbitration at the Panama Conciliation and Arbitration Center.
